Chef Loo is a Veteran Chef who specialises in Chinese Restaurant-Style Cuisine. He holds several professional certificates in Chinese Cooking and Restaurant Hygiene. Chef Loo has over 15 years of teaching experience and is a Recipient of PA Best Star Trainer Award 2011.
Chef Loo is the Founding Member of the International Association of Gourmet Master Chefs and the Committee Member of the International Exchange Association of Renowned Chinese Cuisine Chefs. He also holds key positions in the Society of Chinese Cuisine Chefs Singapore and Ku So Food and Beverage Association. Chef Loo has judged many culinary competitions for schools and community clubs. He has also participated in many large scale culinary events such as the Lunar New Year party at the Istana. He is a favourite Chef Choice to be invited for live cooking demos on Zaobao and Facebook Livestreams.
Chef Loo has won the admiration and respect from his students for selflessly sharing valuable tips and techniques for them to produce palatable dishes at home.
