🎉 Chocolate Banana Cake & Apple Walnut Bread Twin Bakes Workshop by Veteran Chef Instructor Patrick 🎉
Workshop Content:
1. Chocolate Banana Cake (6″ round)
Moist chocolate sponge layered with chocolate cream and sliced bananas, plus chocolate flakes covering the sides of cake. This yummy chocolate cake will delight chocolate lovers and is definitely an all-time favourite for all occasions.
2. Apple Walnut Bread (using Poolish Dough)
A fragrant thin crusty bread with walnuts and a natural sweetness from chopped apples.
Level of Difficulty: Beginner
Each participant will make their own Apple Walnut Bread & 6″ round Chocolate Banana Cake.

Bio Chef Patrick
Chef Patrick is a well-received and respected veteran pastry instructor who used to be the Senior Chef Instructor of Phoon Huat. He taught in Phoon Huat for 21 years, helmed their baking workshops division and developed most of Phoon Huat’s baking recipes for many years.
Prior to teaching baking, he has more than 15 years of patisserie experience with Swiss Merchant Court Hotel, Marco Polo Hotel and Four Leaves etc.
In his free time, Chef Patrick continues to experiment different bakes in his home kitchen to develop more delish recipes.

Registration Process
- Kindly confirm with Sharon via WhatsApp at +65-9688 2777 if there are still available seats for the workshop before proceeding with the online registration.
- Complete the registration online by clicking “Add to Cart”, followed by “View Cart”, then “Proceed to Checkout”. Complete your particulars & add remarks in the section “Order Notes (optional)” eg Workshop Date / Time (if more than 1 option is available), Account Holder Name (if different from the name you registered for the class) and your Friend’s name & hp number if you are signing up for others.
- Please make Payment via Paynow / Paylah / Bank Transfer etc. with remarks during transfer your Name (if your account holder name is different from the name you registered for the class), Order number & Class Date.
- Important Step: Whatsapp Sharon at +6596882777 with a screenshot of payment receipt & Online Order # and advise participant’s mobile number (if you are making payment on behalf of others).
- Once payment & payment receipt has been sent, your booking is confirmed and we will reserve a seat(s) for you.
- Two days before the workshop, we will send out reminder WhatsApp messages, address, map, directions & a list of things to take note of to all paid participants.
