Our overseas talented instructor, Mimi Liew (@passionatecreate & @PassioNate Cakes by LMK) is an extraordinaire cake artist who magically creates architecturally impressive designs, comprising multi-tiered cake creations with intricate and exquisite detailing and more.  Other than her great talent in stunning & brilliant Cake Designs and her wealth of experience travelling to many countries to teach pre-Covid, Chef Mimi has an innate interest in baking beautiful Sourdough Artisan Breads.  Mimi will be back to teach in Singapore after 3 years from 14 to 16 May, 2022 to teach a series & variety of Sourdough Bakes.

Come and learn the secret of how these are made:

1) Sourdough Banh Mi
.
2) Sourdough Pizza
.
3) Sourdough Pide (Turkish Flat Bread)
.
Learning Outcome for the above recipes:
.
● Students will get hands-on experience from the fermentation of sourdough to shaping the dough.
● Detailed explanations of how to build the profile of two different dough recipes.
● How to care for the wild yeast / sourdough starter.
● Students will bring home a sourdough starter to continue their wild yeast adventure.
● Each student will also bring home their final baked products.
● All materials, recipe notes and tools will be provided during the workshop.
● A WhatsApp student support group will be set up to let students discuss and interact with the instructor to raise any queries throughout their Sourdough Baking experience (pertaining to the Sourdough Bakes taught in this workshop) and their sourdough starters maintenance, on an ongoing basis.

Registration Process

  1. Kindly confirm with Sharon via WhatsApp at +65-9688 2777 if there are still available seats for the workshop before proceeding with the online registration.
  2. Complete the registration online by clicking “Add to Cart”, followed by “View Cart”, then “Proceed to Checkout”. Complete your particulars & add remarks in the section “Order Notes (optional)” eg Workshop Date / Time (if more than 1 option is available), Account Holder Name (if different from the name you register for the class) and your Friend’s name & hp number if you are signing up for others.
  3. Please make Payment via Paynow / Paylah / Bank Transfer etc. with remarks during transfer your Name (if your account holder name is different from the name you registered for the class), Order number & Class Date.
  4. Important Step: Whatsapp Sharon at +6596882777 with a screenshot of payment receipt & Online Order # and advise participant’s mobile number (if you are making payment on behalf of others).
  5. Once payment & payment receipt has been sent, your booking is confirmed and we will reserve a seat(s) for you.
  6. Two days before the workshop, we will send out reminder WhatsApp messages, address, map, directions & a list of things to take note of to all paid participants.
