Bomboloni is an Italian filled doughnut that is eaten as a snack food and dessert. These fluffy & delicious Italian doughnut are often filled with fruit jams, custards, lemon curds, chocolate ganache and the flavour possibilities are limitless, sure to tantalize the taste buds! Lightly coated with fine granulated sugar or dusted with powdered sugar, either ways, they are divine!
Even more divine when they are leavened naturally with Sourdough Starter.and will blow your minds with these delish treats!
Beignets, originated from France, were brought to New Orleans, Louisiana in the 18th century and usually served as a dessert. Louisiana-style beignets are square or rectangular fried pastries made from leavened dough, rather than French choux pastry. They are best known as a breakfast menu item sprinkled with powdered sugar. Some are even stuffed with berries or fruit fillings and served as all-day brunch snack.
– How and when to get the sourdough starters ready to build the Beignets & Bomboloni
– What is the suitable flour to achieve the optimum results?
– Tips on mixing the dough.
– Detailed explanations of the final execution of the two different breads.
– Simple demos for the preparation of chocolate dips for the Beignets & fillings for the Bomboloni.
● Students also will take home with them a mature sourdough starter to continue their sourdough baking journey.
● All materials, recipe notes, and tools will be provided during the workshop.
● A WhatsApp student support group will be set up to let students discuss and interact with the instructor to raise any queries throughout their Sourdough Baking experience (pertaining to the Sourdough Bakes taught in this workshop) and their sourdough starters maintenance, indefinitely.

Registration Process

- Kindly confirm with Sharon via WhatsApp at +65-9688 2777 if there are still available seats for the workshop before proceeding with the online registration.
- Complete the registration online by clicking “Add to Cart”, followed by “View Cart”, then “Proceed to Checkout”. Complete your particulars & add remarks in the section “Order Notes (optional)” eg Workshop Date / Time (if more than 1 option is available), Account Holder Name (if different from the name you register for the class) and your Friend’s name & hp number if you are signing up for others.
- Please make Payment via Paynow / Paylah / Bank Transfer etc. with remarks during transfer your Name (if your account holder name is different from the name you registered for the class), Order number & Class Date.
- Important Step: Whatsapp Sharon at +6596882777 with a screenshot of payment receipt & Online Order # and advise participant’s mobile number (if you are making payment on behalf of others).
- Once payment & payment receipt has been sent, your booking is confirmed and we will reserve a seat(s) for you.
