  1. Vegetarian Spice Base (can be made into spicy hot pot) (Hands-on)
  2. Steamed Stinky Tofu (Demo)

  1. Vegetarian Spice Base (can be made into spicy hot pot) (Hands-on)

Spicy hotpot essential soup base – a variety of Chinese medicinal herbs, add bean paste stir-fried, spicy fragrance flavor, base can be frozen, add water to boil can become a spicy pot soup base.

  1. Steamed Stinky Tofu (Demo)

Steamed Stinky Tofu should be delicious, sautéed brine is very important, add sauerkraut and shiitake mushrooms to stir-fry fragrant, steamed way to make stinky tofu taste, charming aroma is worth trying

  1. Spicy Stinky Tofu (Hands-on)

Homemade spicy soup base, add ingredients and spices, and braise stinky tofu over the fire, so that the flavours can be quicky absorbed by the tofu. Taste is spicy fragrant and very delicious.

  1. “Wisdom” Kueh (Demo)

Night market snacks can be made into frozen bao, steam to reheat when you want to eat, or as a quick stir-fry dish

  1. “Wisdom” Kueh Sauce (Demo)

Dipped in sauce, after spreading, dipped in peanut powder, a wonderful combination, it can also be used as a normal culinary dipping sauce

1.全素麻辣底料(可做麻辣火锅)(实作)

麻辣锅必备底料,多样中药材,加入豆瓣酱炒制,麻香风味,能做完冷冻,加水煮开后即可成为麻辣锅汤底。

2.清蒸臭豆腐(示范)

清蒸臭豆腐要好吃,爆香的卤水很重要,加入酸菜及香菇爆香,清蒸方式让臭豆腐入味,迷人香气值得试试

3.麻辣臭豆腐(实作)

自制麻辣汤底,加入配料及香料,将臭豆腐滚火卤制,让豆腐充满毛细孔,让豆腐快速入味,吃的出麻香风味,非常下饭

4.智慧糕(示范)

夜市小吃,可做成冷冻包,要吃时蒸热即可享用,或是当作快炒料理也非常适合

5.智慧糕酱(示范)

沾酱,涂抹后沾上花生粉,绝妙搭配,除了沾智慧糕,也能当一般料理沾酱

  1. Kindly confirm with Sharon via WhatsApp at +65-9688 2777 if there are still available seats for the workshop before proceeding with the online registration.
  2. Complete the registration online by clicking “Add to Cart”, followed by “View Cart”, then “Proceed to Checkout”. Complete your particulars & add remarks in the section “Order Notes (optional)” eg Workshop Date / Time (if more than 1 option is available), Account Holder Name (if different from the name you registered for the class) and your Friend’s name & hp number if you are signing up for others.
  3. Please make Payment via Paynow / Paylah / Bank Transfer etc. with remarks during transfer your Name (if your account holder name is different from the name you registered for the class), Order number & Class Date.
  4. Important Step: Whatsapp Sharon at +6596882777 with a screenshot of payment receipt & Online Order # and advise participant’s mobile number (if you are making payment on behalf of others).
  5. Once payment & payment receipt has been sent, your booking is confirmed and we will reserve a seat(s) for you.
  6. Two days before the workshop, we will send out reminder WhatsApp messages, address, map, directions & a list of things to take note of to all paid participants.
