Workshop Content:

  1. Appetizer Trio (Quinoa Mix with Snow Lotus Seeds / Shredded Beancurd Skin with Szechuan Spice / Tomato with Osmanthus and Plum Sauce) (Vegetarian)

New Year’s Eve appetizers require three appetizers, light quinoa mix with snow lotus seeds, spicy smoked beancurd puffs, sweet and sour osmanthus plum tomatoes, a combination of three dishes to teach everyone, to add flavour to the New Year’s table!

  1. 3 types of shredded vegetables Chinese Cedar Jade Rolls (Vegetarian)

Chinese New Year must have auspicious vegetable rolls, also has the meaning of a hundred wealth, fried fragrant vegetables, add Chinese cedar sauce, add in cabbage rolled and drizzled with gravy, beautiful colours makes the New Year’s dream refreshing and burden-free!

  1. Traditional Vegetarian Sweet & Sour Fish (Whole)

Traditional Vegetarian Sweet & Sour Fish (Whole) is a whole vegetarian fish made from soybean products. The traditional sweet and sour sauce added with fragrant vinegar makes the whole fish dish complete and perfect.

  1. Stewed Mushrooms Buddha Jump Over the Wall (Vegetarian)

A variety of vegetables and burdock are used to make the broth. After simmering out the ginseng aroma, add baby cabbage, fried chestnuts, taro, Brazilian mushrooms and other mushrooms, using own selected Chinese herbs to simmer with low heat, slow simmering method, so that the soup is flavourful and refreshing, a mouthful brings warmth and comfort, let’s taste this delicious dish!

  1. Fragrant Yam Eight Treasures Lotus Leaf Rice Cake (Vegetarian)

Using eight kinds of vegetables, stir-fried and mixed into the rice cake, light fragrant sesame oil, and soy sauce, eight types of vegetables to make the rice cake different, wrapped in lotus leaf, steamed lotus leaf fragrance, the aroma is worth a taste!

  1. Peach Gum Vegetarian Bird’s Nest Snow Fungus Dessert (All Vegetarian)

A sweet soup that melts in your mouth, full of gelatine, peach gum and snow fungus, smooth after simmering, with osmanthus flower and light floral aroma, perfect for eating cold or hot, can nourish the skin and improve health!

1. 开胃三拼(雪莲子藜麦拌/川麻凉拌豆皮丝/桂花梅子番茄)(全素)
年菜前菜需要三道开胃料理,清淡的雪莲子藜麦拌,麻辣的烟熏豆包丝,酸甜的桂花梅子番茄,一整个组合教会大家三道菜,让过年餐桌上增添风味

2. 三丝香椿翡翠卷(全素)
过年必须有吉祥的菜卷,也有百财的意思,将蔬菜炒香,加入香椿酱,放入料高丽菜卷起后淋上芡汁,漂亮的颜色让过年梦中清爽又无负担

3. 古早味糖醋五柳余(整只)
使用豆制品制作素鱼,整只的鱼才有年节意思,传统的五柳鱼加入糖醋酱汁淋上后醋香味,让整道鱼完整又圆满

4. 清炖百菇佛跳墙(全素)
利用多种蔬菜与牛蒡熬制高汤。熬出淡淡人参香气,后加入娃娃菜及炸好的栗子及芋头和巴西蘑菇等多种菇类,利用自己配的中药材慢火熬制, 慢炖方式,让汤头鲜甜及清爽,喝一口暖身又舒服,一起来尝尝这美味

5. 芋香八宝荷叶米糕(全素
利用八种蔬菜,炒料后拌入米糕中,淡淡麻油香,及酱香,八种蔬菜让米糕不同的呈现,包入荷叶,蒸完的荷叶香,划开后扑鼻的香味值得尝尝

6. 桃胶素燕窝雪耳汤(全素)- Peach Gum Vegetarian Bird’s Nest Snow Fungus Dessert
入口即化的甜汤,充满胶质,桃胶及雪耳胶质,炖煮后滑顺口感,加入桂花淡淡花香,吃冰的或是热的都非常适合,可以养颜美容又健康
