🌼 Workshop Content
.
1. Vegetarian Braised Meat
Using Japanese Kuruma-Bu, braise till soft until they melt in your mouth, it takes a bit of time in pre-processing, and if you want to have a Q-bouncy texture, you have to fry them before stewing them, and they can also be made into vacuum packs for sale.
2. Famous Taiwan Gua Bao (Steam Buns)
Served with sauteed pickled vegetables and peanut flour.
This is currently a very rare vegetarian Gua Bar on the market.
The texture is so similar that you should try it.
3. Hakka Sauteed Pickled Cabbage
Fried Picked Vegetables is an indispensable ingredient in Gua Bao, and the key to its deliciousness is to stir-fry the pickled vegetables until it emits “Wok Hei”.
4. Vegetarian Chicken Braised Rice
The fibers of King Oyster Mushrooms are suitable for making shredded vegetarian chicken, and blanched them before putting in ice water, to make the shredded king oyster mushrooms elastic in texture, and drizzled with a special sauce to elevate the traditional elements and taste, a bowl of Vegetarian Chicken Braised Rice is full of traditional flavour.
5. Shredded Vegetarian Chicken Pepper Cold Noodles
Refreshing cold noodles, paired with sweet & sour, salty & spicy sesame sauce, cold noodles no longer taste monotonous, contains the texture of peanut crumbs!
6. Sichuan Flavour Peanut Sesame Sauce
Commonly found cold noodle sesame sauce, with a little spicy flavour and peanut texture, allows cold noodles to have a peanut aroma
7. Peeled Chili Monkey Head Mushroom Soup
A bowl of Peeled Chili Monkey Head Mushroom Soup, sweet soup base, crunchy spicy chili, the use of white radish brings out the sweet flavour, allows the soup to have more depth / layers.

使用日本车麸,要卤的软烂入口即化,在前处理上需要花点时间、想要有Q弹口感必须先煎在炖,也能做成真空包贩售

3.客家炒酸菜(全素)
炒酸菜是刈包内不可或缺的食材,将酸菜排出水份后炒至冒出锅气后呛锅,才是好吃的关键
4.素食G卤饭(全素)
杏鲍菇的纤维适合做成G丝,处理上会先烫熟再过冰水,让杏鲍菇丝是有弹性的口感,淋上特制酱料就把传统的元素提升上来,一碗G鲁饭满满古早味
5.G丝胡麻凉面(全素)
清爽的凉面,芝麻酱的酸香甜咸麻,让凉面吃了不再单调,而是多了有口感的花生碎
6.川味花生芝麻酱(全素)
凉面酱常见的芝麻酱,带点麻辣味,花生口感,让酱料多了一份花生香
7.剥皮辣椒猴菇汤(全素)
一碗剥皮辣椒猴菇汤,回甘的汤底,脆辣的辣椒,利用白萝卜来带出清甜风味,让汤多了一些层次感

Complete your particulars & add remarks in the section “Order Notes (optional)” eg Workshop Date / Time (if more than 1 option is available), Account Holder Name (if different from the name you registered for the class) and your Friend’s name & hp number if you are signing up for others.
- Please make Payment via Paynow / Paylah / Bank Transfer etc. with remarks during transfer your Name (if your account holder name is different from the name you registered for the class), Order number & Class Date.
