Global Award-Winning & renowned Taiwan Chef Jeffrey Wang was Taiwan Representative for Mondial Des Arts Sucrés (MDAS) 2022, the world’s biggest western pastries competition.  Taiwan team ranked 4th position in worldwide ranking & won the Team Spirit Award at MDAS 2022.  He is also fondly known as the Desserts Artist by many in Taiwan and specialises in French Patisserie.  He used to be the Executive Pastry Chef at SPOT, a famous American restaurant in Taipei.  Jeffrey has worked alongside some of the most renowned pastry chefs in Taiwan and done several live demos in international shows. He has also worked in the US for a year and gone to Paris to pursue cutting-edge patisserie creativity at Ecole Gastronomique Bellouet Conseil De Paris.  These experiences had honed his skills and techniques. His passion and love for pastries began in his early teens. 

Jeffrey was the first runner-up, Mousse Division for Taiwan Gateaux’s Cake Contest 2015.  

With over a decade of patisserie experience, he is now recognized by his peers and the media for his creativity and excellence in this field. Jeffrey continues to pioneer new confections and re-invent the way traditional pastries and desserts are made, making him one of the most promising Pastry Chefs in Taiwan.   Chef Jeffrey Wang is set on French pastries and desserts and founded “Volute Croissant”
