Lotus Flower Flaky Pastries & Spiral Flaky Chicken Mushroom Puffs Workshop by Instructor Teresa 

Instructor Teresa is a self-taught instructor who keeps experimenting and perfecting her recipes and pastries.

She loves baking for her friends & families and taught pastries workshops, besides her homebaked sales.  In her free time, Instructor Teresa also takes come custom cakes and mooncakes sales.

Elevate your pastry-making skills and experience the art of creating these pretty Lotus Flaky Pastries and nicely layered Spiral Flaky Chicken Mushroom Puffs.

Learn the techniques and tips from Instructor Teresa how to produce Lotus Flaky Pastries & Spiral Chicken Mushroom Puffs from scratch. She will guide students step by step from rolling & shaping the flaky pastry to wrapping filling, you will acquire the skills needed to create Lotus Flaky Pastries that are both delish and beautiful and the Spiral Chicken Mushroom Puffs.

 

Learning Points:

  • Shaping of Oil & Water dough & Colouring of Dough
  • Tips & Techniques on how to achieve beautiful & even multi-layered  flaky pastry
  • Tips on how to wrap filling in pastry nicely
  • How to flute the flaky Multi-layered Chicken & Mushroom Puffs
  • Troubleshoot and how to fix errors in preparation etc.

 

 Level: Beginners and Up

 

Participants will bring home 2 Lotus flaky pastries with red bean filling (students can switch to lotus paste filling at home) and 2 Chicken & Mushroom Flaky Multi-Layered Puffs.

Registration Process

  1. Kindly confirm with Sharon via WhatsApp at +65-9688 2777 if there are still available seats for the workshop before proceeding with the online registration.
  2. Complete the registration online by clicking “Add to Cart”, followed by “View Cart”, then “Proceed to Checkout”. Complete your particulars & add remarks in the section “Order Notes (optional)” eg Workshop Date / Time (if more than 1 option is available), Account Holder Name (if different from the name you register for the class) and your Friend’s name & hp number if you are signing up for others.
  3. Please make Payment via Paynow / Paylah / Bank Transfer etc. with remarks during transfer your Name (if your account holder name is different from the name you registered for the class), Order number & Class Date.
  4. Important Step: Whatsapp Sharon at +6596882777 with a screenshot of payment receipt & Online Order # and advise participant’s mobile number (if you are making payment on behalf of others).
  5. Once payment & payment receipt has been sent, your booking is confirmed and we will reserve a seat(s) for you.
  6. Two days before the workshop, we will send out reminder WhatsApp messages, address, map, directions & a list of things to take note of to all paid participants.
