🥕  Workshop Content / Vegetarian Dishes 🍆

  1. Vegetarian Shacha Sauce (Hands-on)

Shacha Sauce necessary for hot pot dipping sauce – spices selection, pairing and seasoning, stir-fried slowly, stir-fried aroma, salty and fragrant flavor is worth trying.

This Shacha bottle is needed to make Vegetarian Shacha soup base and Shacha dishes.

  1. Vegetarian Fish Balls (Hands-on)

Crunchy Vegetarian fish balls, all made from wholesome foods, made without additives, and non-processed vegetarian paste

Using konbu (sea kelp) to boil & obtain the savoury umami taste of the sea to make solid-tasting and umami meatballs.

  1. Vegetarian Monkey Head Mushroom Balls (Hands-on)

Shred Monkey Head Mushrooms, stir fry till fragrant & add into homemade paste to become Monkey Head Mushrooms Balls. Can also fried into sotong-like balls, and is an essential dish for vegetarian balls.

  1. Vegetarian Crab Sauce (Demo)

Vegetarian Crab Sauce with salty and sweet flavour that preserves the original flavor of the ingredients

Learn this sauce to make more than just crab roe braised tofu

It can also be made into a main sauce for steamed food

  1. Seasonal Vegetable Crab Roe Stewed Balls (Demo)

After the vegetables are blanched, place on a  plate, the balls are placed into the crab sauce and cooked to taste. Drizzled sauce on crab balls looks golden and joyous, coupled with the meaning of perfection, it look like a festive restaurant and banquet dish.

6. Shacha Chinese Cabbage Crab Roe Stewed Balls (Demo)

Using homemade Shacha sauce as soup base, add in vegetables and soup stock to boil till

fragrant, then add in balls to braise till tasty.  This is a traditional vegetarian dish.

🌼 课程内容

1.全素沙茶酱(实作)

火锅沾酱必备的沙茶酱,香料挑选搭配及调味,慢火拌炒,炒出香气,咸鲜香的风味值得尝尝。制作纯素沙茶锅汤底及沙茶料理,都需要这瓶

2.素鱼丸(实作)

Q弹的素鱼丸,全使用原型食物制成,无添加化学食品制成,非加工素食浆体

利用昆布熬制大海的咸鲜味制作丸子,

口感扎实,鲜味十足

3.素猴头菇丸(实作)

将猴头菇拨成一丝一丝,下锅炒香后加入自制丸子浆体,制作成猴头菇丸子,也能炸成类似花枝丸等成品,料理的延伸丸子必备菜。

4.全素蟹黄酱(示范)

全素蟹黄酱,咸甜风味,保留食材原味

学会这款酱不仅能做蟹黄烧豆腐

还能做成蒸煮物的灵魂酱汁

5.时蔬蟹黄烩丸子(示范)

蔬菜清烫后摆盘,丸子放入蟹黄酱中烧制入味,淋上后的酱汁金黄喜气,搭配丸子圆满之意,过节宴客的餐厅大菜

6.沙茶白菜卤丸子(示范)

使用自制沙茶酱做为汤的基底,炒香后加入蔬菜及高汤煮至甜味释放

将丸子加入卤至入味,是一道传统素菜

  2. Complete the registration online by clicking “Add to Cart”, followed by “View Cart”, then “Proceed to Checkout”. Complete your particulars & add remarks in the section “Order Notes (optional)” eg Workshop Date / Time (if more than 1 option is available), Account Holder Name (if different from the name you registered for the class) and your Friend’s name & hp number if you are signing up for others.
  3. Please make Payment via Paynow / Paylah / Bank Transfer etc. with remarks during transfer your Name (if your account holder name is different from the name you registered for the class), Order number & Class Date.
