全素XO酱市面上非常少见,售价也都偏高,这次也公开圣智主厨的配方,让大家能在家里轻松做,甚至也可以在市场上贩售,材料加了许多菇类、模仿干贝丝及小鱼干的口感、带点微辣的风味、可以拌面拌饭、炒菜凉拌都适合
- 发酵凤梨辣椒酱(示范)
市面上辣椒酱品项太多了,而且大多都是咸味厚重且添加物多,想要做出一只发酵的辣椒酱必须成分天然,使用凤梨,独有的发酵香气,不添加防腐剂吃得安心、一起来尝尝这独有的香气吧!
- 川味椒麻拌面(实作)
利用课堂上教的麻辣酱,来做运用,拌面的好伙伴、香麻带劲、花椒及中药材的香味、绝对会爱上这开胃的美味搭配
