“Monkey Head Mushroom Vegetarian Workshop”

  1. Dried Monkey Head Mushroom (Hericium Erinaceus) Steak (Hands-on)

The Vegetarian Beef Steak is always made with monkey head mushroom, which you only can enjoy at the high-end restaurants. Now you can cook it at home, from soaking to boiling water, soaking, dehydrating and marinating to the finished product process. This time, monkey head mushrooms will be turn into Western Steak to enrich the whole dish

  1. Black Pepper Sauce / Mushroom Sauce (Demo)

Make traditional Black Pepper Sauce and Mushroom Sauce of Western Cuisine into vegetarian versions, from stir-frying to boiling sauce to finished products, which can be used as monkey head mushroom dipping sauce, or hot plate noodles and stir-fried vegetables

  1. Salted Crispy Chicken with Monkey Head Mushroom (Demo)

Using Homemade soaked Monkey Head Mushrooms to make Crispy Chicken, crispy bite with chicken texture, sprinkled with special pepper salt and fried basil.

  1. Three Cups Pagoda Monkey Head Mushrooms (Demo)

The Three Cups Pagoda Monkey Head Mushrooms, which often appear in vegetarian restaurants or hotels, teacher will mainly teach  the details of making black marinade and quick stir-fry, to make a classic dish in simple steps

  1. Stewed Mushroom Herbal Soup (Demo)

Use 13 types of Chinese medicinal herbs to make the soup base, mild Chinese herbal soup with the sweetness of boiled vegetables, drink a bowl of soup in cool weather, warm the whole body

  1. Handmade Vegetarian Ribs (Demo)

Handmade vegetarian ribs, use the techniques to enhance the flavor, put in the herbal soup, fill the stomach and warm the whole body.

  1. 干发猴头菇排(排餐)(实作)

蔬食的牛排非猴头菇莫属,想吃却又要到高级餐厅才能享用,现在在家就能做啰,从发泡到煮水,泡水脱干腌制到成品程序都会教会大家。这次也把猴头菇做成西餐排餐让整道料理更加丰富

2. 黑胡椒酱/蘑菇酱(示范)

西餐传统黑胡椒酱及蘑菇酱做成素食版本,从爆香到熬酱到成品,可做为猴头菇沾酱,或是铁板面及炒时蔬都非常方便

3. 猴头菇咸酥鸡(示范)

自制泡发猴头菇做为咸酥鸡,酥脆咬一口有鸡肉的口感,撒上特制胡椒盐及炸香的九层塔,能说是经典的国民美食

  1. 三杯塔香猴头菇(示范)

素食餐厅或是饭店常出现的三杯塔香猴头菇,主要教大家餐厅中的黑

卤汁及快炒的细节手法,简单做出一道经典大菜

  1. 蕈菇清炖药膳汤(示范)

使用13种中药材熬制汤底,淡淡中药香喝了无负担,搭配蔬菜熬制的甜味,凉凉天气喝上一碗汤,温暖一整身

手工制作素食肋排,利用手法让风味更加提升,放入药膳汤中能吃饱又能温补

  2. Complete the registration online by clicking “Add to Cart”, followed by “View Cart”, then “Proceed to Checkout”. Complete your particulars & add remarks in the section “Order Notes (optional)” eg Workshop Date / Time (if more than 1 option is available), Account Holder Name (if different from the name you registered for the class) and your Friend’s name & hp number if you are signing up for others.
  3. Please make Payment via Paynow / Paylah / Bank Transfer etc. with remarks during transfer your Name (if your account holder name is different from the name you registered for the class), Order number & Class Date.

  5. Once payment & payment receipt has been sent, your booking is confirmed and we will reserve a seat(s) for you.
