🎉Spanish Homemade Ice Cream (Helado) Workshop 3 by Instructor Steph Leong🎉

Hola! Come and learn how to make ice cream the Spanish way!

With three key ingredients and vary some ingredients, you can create your very own unique flavours of ice cream from scratch at home without ice cream machines…

.

In this 3-hour workshop, you will learn how to:

  • Pasteurise raw eggs – Useful tip for future recipes requiring raw eggs
  • Whip up cream and Meringue well
  • Create two different flavours of ice cream
  • Hands-on making Coconut Swirl Pandan Gula Melaka Ice Cream

.

Ice Cream Flavours:

  1. Coconut Swirl Pandan Gula Melaka Ice Cream
  2. Avocado Ice Cream

Suitable for Novices with no experience in making ice cream or baking/cooking. We will also go through tips to create different flavours.

** Participants will bring home these 2 ice cream flavours and sample some ice cream during the workshop.

Bio of Stephanie Leong

Instructor Steph Leong started her professional career in the field of Education after obtaining her Diploma in Education with the National Institute of Education (NIE).

After many years of professional teaching experience, her love for culinary arts and pastry baking led her to Spain in 1997 where she did a postgraduate course in Food Services Management. She was in Spain for 2 years where she became well-versed in Spanish Cooking and Baking.  She also subsequently spent another two years in Taiwan honing her skills in Chinese Pastries and baking.

Steph has a wealth of experience conducting workshops in both culinary arts and pastry making where she combines her teaching passion and her love for cooking and baking.

Registration Process

  1. Complete the registration online by clicking “Add to Cart”, followed by “View Cart”, then “Proceed to Checkout”. Complete your particulars & add remarks in the section “Order notes (optional)” eg your friend’s name & hp number if you are signing up for others.
  2. Please make Payment via Paynow / Paylah / Bank Transfer etc. with remarks during transfer your name & Class name.
  3. Important Step: Whatsapp Sharon at +6596882777 with a screenshot of payment receipt & Online Order # and advise participant’s mobile number (if you are making payment on behalf of others).
  4. Two days before the workshop, we will send out reminder WhatsApp messages, address, directions & a list of things to take note to all paid participants.
