Chef Instructor Lee

Chef Lee graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Culinary Arts and Foodservice Management from the University of Toulouse, France.  He chose Baking and Pastries as his career pursuit after identifying it as his calling, a platform where he could advance himself professionally, and add value to others in their baking journey at the same time.

Chef Lee took part in various competitions and won several awards from Food Hotel Malaysia in Remy and Linguine Category and Food Hotel Asia Dress the Cake where he was awarded Silver and Bronze respectively. In addition, he was also awarded the Best Pastry Showpiece in Singapore Bakery & Confectionery Championship 2017.

Chef Lee specializes in Chocolate and Gelato Making. He is expected to represent Singapore in the upcoming international pastry competition, Global Pastry Cup 2022.
